Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile game Shadow Survivors (the "App") provided by Flodi Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as expressly permitted by applicable law;
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App;
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App, including any anti-cheat or fraud-prevention measures;
- Distribute, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party;
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App or its advertising features;
- Attempt to artificially inflate ad impressions or click on advertisements with intent to defraud advertisers.
3. In-App Advertising
The App is provided free of charge and is supported by third-party advertising delivered via Google AdMob. By using the App you acknowledge that:
- Advertisements may be shown during gameplay (e.g., as a rewarded video to revive your character);
- You may choose whether or not to watch an optional rewarded ad;
- Ad content is provided by third parties and is not endorsed by us;
- We are not responsible for any content, products, or services advertised through AdMob.

4. No In-App Purchases
The App currently contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid content. All features are available without payment. If this changes in the future, the Terms will be updated.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including all artwork, code, music, sound effects, characters, and game design, is the property of Flodi Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Some assets are used under license from their respective creators (see in-app credits). All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may share screenshots and videos of your gameplay for personal, non-commercial purposes (such as social media). You may not use the App's name, logo, or assets in any commercial product without our prior written permission.
6. Updates and Availability
We may release updates to the App from time to time. Some updates may be required to continue using the App. We do not guarantee continuous availability and may suspend or discontinue the App at any time without notice or liability.
7. User-Generated Content
The App stores leaderboard entries (your chosen player name and score) locally on your device only. Currently, no leaderboard data is uploaded to our servers or shared with other players online. You are responsible for the names you choose; do not use offensive, infringing, or personally identifying names.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLODI LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DEVICE DAMAGE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED FIVE U.S. DOLLARS (US $5.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
10. Apple App Store Additional Terms
If you obtain the App through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
- These Terms are between you and Flodi Labs only, not Apple Inc., and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content;
- Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the App;
- In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation;
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App;
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your right to use the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at:

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
